Our Vision

Shift is here for all Industrial Ecology students. We believe studying is about more than education: it is about developing yourself as an individual, enjoying yourself and making the most out of your student life! Shift aims to enrich student life by providing opportunities for networking with both other students and companies, gaining knowledge about different relevant topics in the field of IE, developing professional skills and most of all: having fun while studying! Everything we do is based on the following pillars:

Educational

Motivate and support students. To motivate and help students to successfully finish their Industrial Ecology Masters and deepen their knowledge on Industrial Ecology in practice, helping them to position themselves for their thesis research and future career.

Professional

Prepare students for their future career. To inspire students the most in their study programme and future career and equip them with the right skills and information.

Social

Strengthen the IE community. To create a feeling of connection and support amongst all students from the different years, including international students.
